pursuant to article 13 of GDPR 2016/679 - Regulation (EU) of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27th 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data
Dear Client/Supplier,
Hereby we would like to inform you that the processing of your personal data will be carried out by our Company according to current European laws and regulations (complying with: UE 2016/679 EU Parliament and April 27th 2016 Council) regarding natural person protection referring to personal data treatment.
PROCESSING PURPOSES
Your data will be collected and processed for the following purposes:
- Taxation and accounting obligations;
- Operational and administrative requirements, strictly related to contract obligation;
- Management of business relations related to the best fulfillment of required service;
NATURE OF TREATED DATA
Following personal data - identified as “common data”- will be treated, for an illustrative, yet incomplete purpose: first name, last name, address, telephone number, e-mail.
DATA DELIVERY
Complying with GDPR 679/2016 art. 6, data treatment intended as listed at point a), b) and c) is performed by Data Controller legitimately and in respect of obligation in force by law, regulations, and Community legislation, that is, complying with regulation issued by legitimate Authorities and by Agency of surveillance and control. Therefore, to obtain an explicit consent is not mandatory and failure to confer data or part of them will fail establishing and/or continue business relationship, to the extent that said data are necessary for performance of the same.
DATA PROCESSING AND COMMUNICATION
Conferred data will be processed by the Processors and employees in charge for. These personnel have been elected to guarantee a proper processing, through electronical devices and /or paper forms, furthermore in order to safeguard secrecy with appropriate security measures intended to avoid illicit access to unauthorized individual.
Your data will be stored in secure databases on our servers, or on the servers of our trusted suppliers acting as external processors. These data will not be broadcasted and will be processed within time and limits needed for the fulfillment of legal obligations and for the purposes indicated above.
Your data might be communicated to the following, in charge as External Consultant or Autonomous data Controller:
- accountants for bookkeeping and taxation obligations;
- attorneys for legal assistance for contractual purposes and management of litigation;
- entities/companies cooperating with our company in various sectors, for reasons strictly connected to the purposes set forth in point 1;
- banks and credit institutions.
EXERCISING RIGHTS and DATA CONTROLLER
At any time, you will be able to exercise your rights complying with regulation in force, requiring:
- confirmation of your personal data existence
- to know the content, origin, purposed and processing terms
- the logic behind possible electronical instrument treatment
- details of Data Controller, Responsible, person or categories of person to whom your data may be communicated
Furthermore, you can require:
- To access, copy, correct, complete, move your data;
- To cancel (oblivion right), anonymize, block your data treated in violation of laws
- Anyhow to legitimately oppose to data processing when applicable.
You will also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, complying with regulation in force.
