Statistical analysis is fundamental for the exact interpretation to give to measuring data; the same data analysed with different criteria can return different results: important decisions may depend on these results. For this reason it’s necessary that the analysis is performed correctly.
ITASTAT 6 Analysis is the software module for the Statistical Analysis which integrates 20 years of experience of TQM Itaca Technology with the competence of the Politecnico of Milan (Mathematics department - IMATI - CNR) directly involved in the development of algorithms for the theoretical distribution model research which best represents the real data.The complete Ford tests compliance is guaranteed. Itastat 6 Analysis, besides Normal, manages Non-Normal distributions: Log-Normal, Extended Limits Normal, Semi-Normal, Folded Normal, Weibull, Rayleigh, Johnson, Mixed.
Available modules:
Itastat 6 Analysis SPC: Machine Capability, Preliminary Analysis, Process Analysis, 100% control.
Itastat 6 Analysis MSA: measurement system analysis module.
Report Editor: To modify the existing reports and/or create new reports.
Itaselect: Powerful producer of queries, it allows to select the data contained in a database up to auxiliary data level, in order to make comparisons between batches, temporal comparisons, etc...
Main Features:
Total configurability of the evaluation method.
Calculation of capability indexes with percentiles method.
Management of Non-Normal distributions. | Effective graphical representations: histograms, GPNs, control charts, tables. |
Multi-characteristic charts: Linear correlation, Box Plot, Capability indexes histograms. | Pareto Analysis (Rejects, Defects, Events, Causes, Remedies). |
Advance selection on data stored in the database.
Native utilization of relational database in MS-Access and MS-SQL format;
Data import/export from dfq, dfd/dfx and MS-Excel formats.
Itastat 6 Analysis is an integral part of the Itastat 6 Suite, the TQM Itaca Technology integrated system for the acquisition, the saving, the statistical analysis and the management of all measuring data from any “standard” measuring instruments, updated and maintenanced.
